Speaking of chocolate, I made 101 Cookbooks' chocolate pudding. It was AWESOME! Thanks for pointing me to that blog. I made it with regular milk so as not to freak out Dave, but next time we are trying it with coconut milk. I can't believe I actually used the entire jar of arrowroot powder that I bought 2 years ago to make Indian food.
